In 2020 the best covid test was like this; If you could smell wine, you probably didn’t have covid. If you could taste wine, you definitely did not have covid. We had to keep testing and testing and testing. Shocker, there is a little bit less Cabernet Sauvignon in the Classic blend this year. This is because our Merlot is so dense, our Petit Verdot is intense, and our Cab Franc is remarkably floral. We have significantly intensified all of our varietals by reducing crop loads. It is imperative to seek balance when blending no matter what percentage of varietals it takes to achieve bliss. I hope yall like this new one. It is intense.
