The Leonetti boys have delivered again. Two tons per acre. The finest, the purist, the leastest makes the mostest. Pardon my French. Once more 4 years in Boutes French oak barrels for the duration. I wish I could say I sprinkled in some fairy dust but Keely and I mostly stared at the barrels and did very little. Two rackings and a bottling. Some topping to keep the oxygen out as evaporation takes its toll. When we get fruit this good the voice of Gary Figgins is ringing in my head, “Don’t mess it up now!!!”
