Juicy, delicious, elegant Syrah. Gamey, black pepper, caramel, olives, and anchovies. Very Rhone. Grown by Dan Nicklas who manages Champoux Vineyard as well. This is a pure representation of the Wallula Vineyard terroir produced by immaculate crop load management.
I love the way the Kalamata black olive flavor races through this wine.
This wine is a fine reflection of a great vineyard finally reaching maturity and potential.
