2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon scored 97 points with Anthony Mueller from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. The 2017, almost cookie cutter, from the same vineyard sites fell into the winery like dominoes. Very predictable…. Ideal sugars, acids, and pH. The resulting 2017 classic blend is a wonderful fruit complexity highlighted by violets, cassis, anise, and perfectly refined tannins. We were particular to make it lean enough in a very ripe year to insure its age-ability—always the ultimate goal. Drink it when you will!
